RECOMMENDATION
Waive second reading and adopt Ordinance Number 26-540 repealing Ordinance Number 26-539 which repealed and replaced Section 17.08.010, added Chapter 17.46 (C, Commons), and amended Sections
17.08.050, 17.156.030, 17.162.020, 17.176.010, 17.236.010 and Table 17.12-1 of Section 17.12.010 of Title 17 (Zoning) of the Yountville Municipal Code and amended the Yountville Zoning Map to establish the Commons (C) Zoning District.
DISCUSSION/BACKGROUND
At the June 17, 2026, regular meeting, Town Council introduced and waived the first reading of Ordinance Number 26-540. This is the Second Reading, and if adopted, Ordinance 26-540 will take effect in 30 days. The Ordinance repeals Ordinance Number 26-539, which repealed and replaced Section 17.08.010, added Chapter
17.46 (C, Commons), and amended Sections 17.08.050, 17.156.030, 17.162.020, 17.176.010, 17.236.010 and Table 17.12-1 of Section 17.12.010 of Title 17 (Zoning) of the Yountville Municipal Code and amended the Yountville Zoning Map to establish the Commons (C) Zoning District.

Exempt per California Environmental Act (CEQA) Guideline, Section 15061(b)(3) as an activity that has no potential for causing a significant effect on the environment.
