Dear Town Manager,
Pursuant to California Government Code Section 66452.6(e), I am writing on behalf of Crossroads Circle, LLC to formally request an extension of the Vesting Tentative Map for Oak+Vine project, approved by Resolution 24-4292.
As you are aware, we are actively working to finalize all required map documentation in advance of the July 7th Town Council meeting. Out of an abundance of caution, and in accordance with the recommendation of Town staff, we are submitting this application prior to the expiration of the Tentative Map in order to ensure continuity and avoid any lapse in approval status.
We respectfully request that this application be placed on the July 7th Town Council agenda alongside the Final Map for concurrent consideration. It is our intention that the Council act on the Final Map at that meeting; however, should additional time be required to resolve any outstanding documentation issues, we ask that the extension be acted upon to provide the necessary flexibility.
