Present: 5; Mayor Margie Mohler, Vice Mayor Pam Reeves, Council Member Eric Knight, Council Member Hillery Trippe, Council Member Robin McKee
Absent: None
Mayor Mohler and Council Member Trippe both recused from the item due to their properties being within 500 feet of the property and exited the Council Chamber.
Communications Director/Town Clerk Gaede announced that Council Member McKee would participate in the meeting remotely under just cause (Government Code section 54953.8.3(c)(3)).
Council Member McKee verified that no individuals under the age of 18 were present in the room with her.
