3. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
A motion was made by Vice Mayor Reeves, seconded by Council Member McKee to adopt the agenda.
The motion carried by the following vote:

4. NON-AGENDA PUBLIC COMMENT
None received.
5. CLOSED SESSION
A. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT/PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT Gov. Code, § 54957.) Title: Town Manager
No members of the public were present for public comment.
Town Attorney Bell addressed the procedure for the closed session.
Interim Town Manager MacNab noted that materials were provided in Room 9 for Council and Recruiter Sabrina Landreth confirmed that the materials include information on the candidates with cover letters and resumes.
Town Council relocated to Room 9 to conduct the closed session item.
6. ADJOURNMENT
The Town Council returned from closed session at 6:20 P.M. and adjourned by consent at approximately 6:30 P.M.
Adjourn to the Town Council regular meeting Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. being held in Town Council Chambers located at 6550 Yount Street.
