1. CALL TO ORDER; CONVENE SPECIAL MEETING - 5:30 P.M.

Present: 4; Mayor Margie Mohler, Council Member Eric Knight, Council Member Hillery Trippe, Council Member Robin McKee
Absent: 1; Vice Mayor Pam Reeves
Vice Mayor Reeves joined the meeting virtually. Her attendance did not count toward the quorum of the meeting, and she did not participate in voting.
3. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
A motion was made by Council Member McKee, seconded by Council Member Trippe to adopt the agenda. The motion carried by the following vote:
AYES: 4; Mayor Mohler, Council Member Knight, Council Member Trippe, Council Member McKee NOES: 0
ABSTAIN: 0
ABSENT: 1; Vice Mayor Reeves

No public comment was received on Items 5A and 5B.
6. ADJOURNMENT
The Town Council returned from closed session at 7:37 P.M. and the Town Attorney announced that there was no reportable action. Town Council adjourned at 7:38 P.M.
A motion was made by Council Member Trippe, seconded by Council Member Knight to adjourn the meeting. The motion carried by the following vote:
AYES: 4; Mayor Mohler, Council Member Knight, Council Member Trippe, Council Member McKee NOES: 0;
ABSTAIN: 0;
ABSENT: 1; Vice Mayor Reeves
Adjourn to the Town Council regular meeting Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. being held in Town Council Chambers located at 6550 Yount Street.
