Absent: 1; Council Member Eric Knight
Council Member Knight was absent for this portion of the meeting but arrived at a later time.
3. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
A motion was made by Mayor Mohler, seconded by Vice Mayor Reeves to adopt the agenda. The motion carried by the following vote:
AYES: 4; Mayor Mohler, Vice Mayor Reeves, Council Member Trippe, Council Member McKee NOES: 0
ABSTAIN: 0
Council Member Knight joined the meeting late, after the Adoption of the Agenda took place.

5. CLOSED SESSION
No public comment was received for the Consent Calendar.
A. LIABILITY CLAIMS (Gov. Code, § 54956.95.)
Claimant: French Laundry Partners, a California limited partnership Claim Against: Town of Yountville
Council Member Knight announced his recusal of Item 5A due to his residence being in close proximity to the French Laundry and exited the Council Chamber.
After the conclusion of Item 5A, Council Member Knight rejoined the meeting in Council Chambers at approximately 2:15 p.m. to participate in item 5B.
B. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Significant Exposure to Litigation pursuant to Cal. Gov’t Code section 54956.9(d)(2) Number of Potential Cases: Two

The Town Council adjourned at approximately 3:00 p.m. by consent.
