Absent: 2; Council Member Hillery Trippe, Council Member Robin McKee Council Member McKee was absent for roll call but arrived for the meeting during Item 4.
3. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
A motion was made by Mayor Mohler, seconded by Council Member Knight to adopt the agenda. The motion carried by the following vote:

ABSTAIN: 0
ABSENT: 2; Council Member Trippe, Council Member McKee
4. TOWN MANAGER MEET AND GREET
Council Member McKee joined the meeting.
5. ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Mayor Mohler, seconded by Council Member Knight to adjourn the meeting.
The motion carried by the following vote:

The Town Council adjourned at 11:42 a.m.
