1. CALL TO ORDER SPECIAL SESSION AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:
Present: Councilmembers Colleen Baker, Drake J. Davis, Duane Kegg, Paul Edward McCoy and Mayor Corey Middleton.
Mayor Middleton called the meeting to order at 6:30 a.m.
2. PUBLIC COMMENTS:
There was no public comment.
3. CLOSED SESSION:
The City Council will recess to Closed Session to discuss the following items). At the conclusion of the Closed Session, Open Session will reconvene and reportable action, if any, will be announced:
