1. 6:00PM CALL TO ORDER SPECIAL SESSION AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:
Present: Councilmembers Colleen Baker, Drake Davis, Duane Kegg, Paul McCoy and Corey Middleton.
Mayor Middleton called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT ON CLOSED SESSION:
There was no public comment.
3. CLOSED SESSION:
The City Council will recess to Closed Session to discuss the following items). At the conclusion of the Closed Session, Open Session will reconvene and reportable action, if any, will be announced:
