1. 1:00PM CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Middleton called the closed session portion of the meeting to order at 1:04 p.m.
Present were Councilmembers Colleen Baker, Drake J. Davis, Paul McCoy and Corey Middleton.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT ON CLOSED SESSION:
There were none.
3. CLOSED SESSION:
The City Council will recess to Closed Session to discuss the following items). At the conclusion of the Closed Session, Open Session will reconvene and reportable action, if any, will be announced:
a. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957(b) the City's Personnel Board will hold a Closed Session to Reconsider and Redetermine its Previous Determination regarding the Discipline/Dismissal/Release of a public employee (Position affected: Police Officer).
4. REPORT OUT FROM CLOSED SESSION:
Closed session was closed at 3:31PM and Mayor Middleton call to order open session at 3:33PM Motion was to uphold the original decision of the personnel board on the matter of Ryan Welch.
