10. Staffing and Salary Modifications in the Finance Department Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution approving the following changes to the Finance Department’s authorized positions in the FY 2021-22 Operating Budget and amend the salary schedule as follows:
A. Add an Accounting Manager (MM Unit - temporary
overfill) and;
B. Amend the salary schedule for the Accounting Manager, Accountant II, and Accountant I in the amounts
discussed further below, and;
C. Authorize a supplemental appropriation to the
appropriate Finance Department salary and benefits
accounts in the amount of $58,600
11. Public Works and Development Services Department Management Modifications Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution authorizing:
A. Reclassify the Public Works Director classification to Director of Public Works and Development Services
