A meeting of the Successor Agency to the Yucaipa Redevelopment Agency of the City of Yucaipa, California was called to order in the Council Chambers, 34272 Yucaipa Boulevard, Yucaipa, California, on December 13, 2021.

Bobby Duncan, Board Member
ABSENT: None
ADJOURN' CITY COUNCIL AND CONVENE SUCCESSOR AGENCY
City Council adjourned. Successor Agency convened.
Chairperson Beaver opened the Successor Agency.
SA 1. SUBJECT: SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE YUCAIPA REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY REORGANIZATION
RECOMMENDATION: That the Successor Agency to the Yucaipa Redevelopment Agency choose one of its members as Chairperson and one of its members as Vice - Chairperson.
DISCUSSION: Assistant City Manager Crawford presented the Agenda Report and declared nominations open for the office of Chairperson.
Board Member Thorp nominated Board Member Bogh for the office of Chairperson.
Board Member Bogh nominated Board Member Beaver for the office of Chairperson.
Assistant City Manager Crawford closed nominations for the office of Chairperson and called for affinnative votes.
Board Member Bogh was selected by a unanimous vote for the office of Chairperson.
Assistant City Manager Crawford declared nominations open for the office of Vice - Chairperson.
Board Member Thorp nominated Board Member Duncan for the office of Vice - Chairperson.

Board Member Duncan nominated Board Member Thorp for the office of Vice - Chairperson.
Assistant City Manager Crawford closed nominations for the office of Vice -Chairperson and called for affirmative votes.
Board Member Thorp was selected by a unanimous vote for the office of Vice -Chairperson.
SA 2. SUBJECT: APPROVE THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 22, 2021 (CONTINUED FROM 11/22/2021)
RECOMMENDATION: That the Successor Agency approve the Minutes of February 22, 2021.
ACTION: MOTION BY BOARD MEMBER AVILA, SECOND BY BOARD
MEMBER BOGH, CARRIED 5-0, TO APPROVE SUCCESSOR AGENCY
MEETING MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 22, 2021
SA 3. SUBJECT: APPROVE THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY MINUTES OF JUNE 28, 2021 (CONTINUED FROM 11/22/2021)
RECOMMENDATION: That the Successor Agency approve the Minutes of June 28, 2021.
ACTION: MOTION BY BOARD MEMBER AVILA, SECOND BY BOARD
MEMBER BOGH, CARRIED 5-0, TO APPROVE SUCCESSOR AGENCY
MEETING MINUTES OF JUNE 28, 2021
SA 4. SUBJECT: APPROVE THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 22, 2021
RECOMMENDATION: That the Successor Agency approve the Minutes of November 22, 2021.
ACTION: MOTION BY BOARD MEMBER AVILA, SECOND BY VICE -
CHAIRPERSON THORP, CARRIED 5-0, TO APPROVE SUCCESSOR AGENCY MEETING MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 22, 2021
SA 5. SUBJECT: RECOGNIZED OBLIGATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR FISCAL YEAR 22/23 (CONTINUED FROM 11/22/2021)
RECOMMENDATION: That the Board of Directors receive and file the Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule for Fiscal Year 22/23.
