A meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Yucaipa, California was called to order in the Council Chambers, 34272 Yucaipa Boulevard, Yucaipa, California, on December 13, 2021.
PRESENT: Jon Thorp, Chairperson
Justin Beaver, Vice -Chairperson
David Avila, Commissioner
Greg Bogh, Commissioner
Bobby Duncan, Commissioner
ABSENT: None
ADJOURN SUCCESSOR AGENCY AND CONVENE HOUSING AUTHORITY
Chairperson Thorp opened the Housing Authority.
HA 1. SUBJECT: YUCAIPA HOUSING AUTHORITY REORGANIZATION RECOMMENDATION: That the Housing Authority choose one of its members as Chairperson and one of its members as Vice -Chairperson.
DISCUSSION: Assistant City Manager Crawford presented the Agenda Report and declared nominations open for the office of Chairperson.
Commissioner Avila nominated Commissioner Duncan for the office of Chairperson.
Assistant City Manager Crawford closed nominations for the office of Chairperson and called for affirmative votes.
Commissioner Duncan was selected by a unanimous vote for the office of Chairperson.
Assistant City Manager Crawford declared nominations open for the office of Vice - Chairperson.
Commissioner Bogh nominated Commissioner Thorp for the office of Vice -Chairperson.
Commissioner Thorp nominated Commissioner Bogh for the office of Vice -Chairperson.
Commissioner Beaver nominated Commissioner Avila for the office of Vice -Chairperson.
Assistant City Manager Crawford closed nominations for the office of Vice -Chairperson and called for affirmative votes.

HA 2. SUBJECT: APPROVE THE HOUSING AUTHORITY MINUTES OF MARCH 8, 2021 (CONTINUED FROM 11 /22/2021)
RECOMMENDATION: That the Housing Authority approve the Minutes of March 8, 2021.
ACTION: MOTION BY COMMISSIONER AVILA, SECOND BY VICE -
CHAIRPERSON BEAVER, CARRIED 5-0, TO APPROVE HOUSING
AUTHORITY MEETING MINUTES OF MARCH 8, 2021
HA 3. SUBJECT: APPROVE THE HOUSING AUTHORITY MINUTES OF JUNE 28, 2021 (CONTINUED FROM 11/22/2021)
RECOMMENDATION: That the Housing Authority approve the Minutes of June 28, 2021.
ACTION: MOTION BY VICE -CHAIRPERSON BEAVER, SECOND BY
COMMISSIONER BOGH, CARRIED 5-0, TO APPROVE HOUSING
AUTHORITY MEETING MINUTES OF JUNE 28, 2021
HA 4. SUBJECT: APPROVE THE HOUSING AUTHORITY MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 22, 2021
RECOMMENDATION: That the Housing Authority approve the Minutes of November 22, 2021.
ACTION: MOTION BY COMMISSIONER DUNCAN, SECOND BY VICE - CHAIRPERSON BEAVER, CARRIED 5-0, TO APPROVE HOUSING
AUTHORITY MEETING MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 22, 2021
ADJOURN THE HOUSING AUTHORITY AND CONVENE CITY COUNCIL
