SUBJECT: Case No. 22-063/GPA: City of Yucaipa General Plan Housing Element Update DISCUSSION:
The City has had additional discussions with staff from the California Department of Housing and Community Development, and is currently working on several elements to respond to these discussions. Therefore, staff recommends that the City Council continue the public hearing, and then continue the hearing and review of the Project to August 9, 2022.
RECOMMENDATION:
MOTION: If the City Council concurs with staff s recommendation, the following motion is provided:
"I move to continue the Public Hearing for Case No. 22-063/GPA to the City Council meeting of August 9, 2022."
