SUBJECT: Case No. 22-063/GPA: City of Yucaipa General Plan Housing Element Update DISCUSSION:
The City has had additional discussions with staff from the California Department of Housing and Community Development to best clarify details that were requested to ensure that that all outstanding comments are addressed, and is currently working on finalizing the Element to respond to these discussions. Therefore, staff recommends that the City Council continue the public hearing, and then continue the hearing and review of the Project to August 22, 2022.
RECOMMENDATION:
MOTION: If the City Council concurs with staff s recommendation, the following motion is provided:
"I move to continue the Public Hearing for Case No. 22-063/GPA to the City Council meeting of August 22, 2022."
