To Whom it May Concern,
The hiring of Chris Mann seems to be done in a contentious way. Many of my neighbors as well as myself are upset with the way this was done. We feel he should be hired on a probation basis, giving him a trial period before a full contract is given. I understand his hiring is under investigation.
Please delay/postpone giving him a contract.
