Mayor Pro Tern Duncan called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

PUBLIC COMMENT (Limited to Items on this Agenda)
• Dr. Hansen Wang, Yucaipa, spoke in favor of the pickleball courts and addressed the comments about pickleball that were made at the Council meeting the night before. • Donna Snodgrass, Yucaipa, expressed her support for the City Council. She acknowledged the major problem concerning the budget and wished the council luck as they began their discussions.

Presentation by Finance Director Philip White.
Discussion ensued.
Councilmember Venable left the table at 5:50 p.m. and returned at 5:53 p.m.
