Event/Program Summary
Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Grants
In an attempt to assist all awarded agencies, the City has developed an Event Deporting Financial Worksheet (attached) to ensure 43 consistent and accurate reporting of the awarded agencies use of City funding and/or u1-kind services. Along with your Event Reporting Financial Worksheet, please provide the information requested below:

1. Did the event/program meet the original intended goal? Yes! We were able to play all of our home games at the community center! Our kids were able to benefit from having a home gym to play at.

2. If funded in the future, what would the organization do differently? Our season went really well! All games started on time and we did not have to change any of our dates!

3. What type of feedback did the organization receive from the participants? The kids had a great season and were extremely happy to have a gym where we could play our games. The gym is close to our school, which makes transportation easy for our parents! Being able to use the community center is vital to our standing in our league (we need to have a home venue to play at)! What other financial/in-kind contributions did the organziation seek or receive to fund the event/program (separate from City funding)?
We did not seek to get any other in -kind contributions for any of our other sports.

5. List the total number of residents served.

We had 12 players on our Gold team and 10 players on our Blue team. Each player had a parent or two come to the games. So each home game served about 30 residents!
Attach copies of marketing/promotional materials for the event/1#4gram.

Notes/comments/additional information:

Thank you for your in -kind donation to our school! It is such a big help for our Volleyball team! We would really struggle to have a gym without iW Our team had the best season in volleyball school history this year! We finished in 3rd place and were competitive in all of our games! Thank you again for helping us have a real home court advantage! Jeremy Hoch
