SUBJECT: City of Yucaipa (Case No. 22-168/DCA); Consideration of Ordinance No. 435, amending Article 7 of Chapter 1 of Division 3 of the Yucaipa Development Code regards the City's Density Bonus Procedures to meet current state law.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council continue the Public Hearing for Case No. 22-168/DCA to the City Council meeting of November 13, 2023.
