This Special Meeting of the City Council consists of a "Fact -Finding" trip to the locations noted below. The City Council will be in recess while traveling to each location and will reconvene at each location in the order listed below. The times listed below are estimates.
The actual times at each location may vary.
OPEN SESSION — 2:30 PM
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Beaver called to order the Special Meeting of the City Council/Successor Agency/Housing Authority at 2:30 p.m.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Pledge of Allegiance was led by Assistant City Engineer Landon Kern.

PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM FIELD TRIP EST. TIME
Assistant Engineer Kern gave a brief presentation.
Mayor Beaver called for a recess at 2:34 p.m. and announced that the Council would reconvene at Location 1.

• Location 1 — Avenue G west of California Street 2:45-2:55 PM a. California Street Pavement Condition Index (PCI) = 86 (Excellent) b. Avenue G PCI = 70 (Good/Very Good)
Mayor Beaver reconvened the meeting at 2:51 p.m. at Location 1.
After a brief discussion, Mayor Beaver called for a recess at 2:54 p.m. and announced that the Council would reconvene at Location 2.
• Location 2 — Fremont Street near Country Creek Drive 2:55-3:05 PM a. Fremont Street PCI = 52 (Fair)
b. Country Creek Drive PCI = 35 (Poor)
Mayor Beaver reconvened the meeting at 3:02 p.m. at Location 2.
After a brief discussion, Mayor Beaver called for a recess at 3:05 p.m. and announced that the Council would reconvene at Location 3.
• Location 3 — Azalea Lane near Avenue H 3:05-3:10 PM
a. Azalea Lane PCI = 43 (Marginal)
Mayor Beaver reconvened the meeting at 3:09 p.m. at Location 3.
After a brief discussion, Mayor Beaver called for a recess at 3:11 p.m. and announced that the Council would reconvene at Location 4.
• Location 4 — Lantana Avenue near Shelley Street 3 :10-3:15 PM a. Lantana Avenue PCI = 20 (Very Poor)
Mayor Beaver reconvened the meeting at 3:16 p.m. at Location 4.
After a brief discussion, Mayor Beaver called for a recess at 3:21 p.m. and announced that the Council would reconvene in the Council Chambers at City Hall. • Location 5 — Douglas Street near Santa Maria Street 3:15-3:25 PM a. Douglas Street PCI = 61 (Good)
• End — City Hall — City Council Chambers 3:30 PM
Mayor Beaver reconvened the meeting in the City Council Chambers at 3:37 p.m. He announced that the Council drove by Location 5 but did not stop for discussion.
