This comment is in reference to Item #14 on tonight's Agenda.
It indicates you are going to vote on the removal of Richard Beck as a member of the Planning Commission.
In the name of transparency, where can I find "article X of the adopted General Rules and Procedures for the Conduct of Commission and Committees of the City of Yucaipa?"
I have researched the city's web page and found nothing. You didn't even share it on the expanded Agenda.
I can only assume it has to do with the "calling out" of other members of the commission for their conflict of interest with the WCSP. Is it because he dared go against the city's agenda of steamrolling the WCSP approval process?
What will be the consequences regarding J. R. Allgower saying "Oh Fuck" when he realized his vote would be the tiebreaker?
How about Booby Duncan's outburst toward citizens saying he doesn't even listen anymore. All he hears is "Blah Blah Blah and Wah Wah Wah." Don't you find this disgusting and a violation of the Council's code of conduct?
May I remind you of the what the most recent code of conduct says? Proper conduct is not:
1). Showing antagonism or hostility
2}. Deliberately lying or misleading
3}. Stirring up bad feelings, divisiveness
4}. Acting in a self-righteous manner
If you find Richard Beck needs to be removed from his position, then you CANNOT allow Bobby Duncan to remain in his.
