AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO "ON -CALL POTHOLE REPAIR AND ASPHALT PAVEMENT REPAIR/REPLACEMENT SERVICES"
THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this 22nd day of Apr22024, by and between B-81 Paving, Inc. hereinafter called "CONTRACTOR," and the City of Yucaipa, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called "City,"
NOW, THEREFORE, CONSULTANT and CITY mutually agree as follows:
Subject to the terms and conditions of the original agreement dated May 8, 2023, between the subject CONTRACTOR and the City of Yucaipa, shall be as follows for the additional professional services.
Original FY2023/2024 Agreement Amount $ 50,000
Proposed Amendment No. 1 for FY 2023/2024 $ 30,000
Revised FY2023/2024 Agreement Amount $ 80,000
Agreement Amendment No. 1 revises the total overall not to exceed contract amount from $110,000 to $140,000.
CITY Fee and Payment Thereof
The CITY will pay the CONTACTOR for services rendered in the total amount NOT TO EXCEED $80,000 for the work required to complete professional services for On -Call Pothole Repair and Asphalt Pavement Repair/Replacement Services for FY2023/2024.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this agreement on the 22°d day of April, 2024.
