1 To whom it may concern,
I am pleased to write a letter of recommendation for Melanie Lomeli. I have known Melanie since she became my Honors Chemistry student in August 2023.

Melanie is a wonderful young person. She is cheerful and has a ready smile. Her positive attitude makes her well -regarded by classmates, and is willing to help out a peer. Melanie is intelligent, but what sets her apart is heir• work ethic. She is determined to do her best and sets herself a high standard of achievement.

When faced with what she thinks is a sub -par result on an assignment, she doesn't give up. She pushes forward with a growth mindset and responds with more focus for the next attempt. 1 In terms of the general attributes of a student, Melanie checks off all the boxes. She is punctual and has great attendance. She is responsible when doing classroom activities such as labs. She consistently does all of her assigned work.

I give Melanie Lomeli my highest recommendation, and I feel she would be an ideal candidate for Yucaipa Youth Advisory. If there are further questions, please feel free to contact me.
