Mayor Beaver called to order the Special Meeting of the City Council at 6:00 p.m.

Introduction by City Manager Chris Mann.

The Presentation was led by Finance Director Philip White, followed by Director of Government Affairs Joe Pradetto who presented the financial fix tool available on the City's website, and Management Analyst Cory Gorham who presented the revenue opportunities.
Councilmember Garner left the dais at 7:36 p.m. and returned at 7:40 p.m.
Mayor Pro Tern Venable left the dais at 7:49 p.m. and returned at 7:52 p.m. • Council Discussion
