Mayor Thorp called to order the Special Meeting of the City Council at 2:00 p.m.

AB 1234 ETHICS TRAINING
MANDATORY BI-ANNUAL TRAINING AS REQUIRED BY ASEMBLY BILL 1234 Ethics Training was led by City Attorney Pacifico.
Mayor Thorp called for a recess at 3:03 p.m. The meeting reconvened at 3:08 p.m.
City Attorney Pacifico continued with Ethics training followed by Brown Act Training.
