SUBJECT: Monthly Report on Yucaipa App Usage — Oct through Dec, 2024 RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council receive and file a report of the user activity on the Yucaipa App for the months of October through December, 2024.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The Yucaipa App is a smart phone application that allows users to report issues and access City information. The App allows users to submit pictures and geographical locations to help the City to respond effectively and provide status updates. The App has played a crucial role in addressing concerns related to homelessness and street maintenance.
As the City aims to increase the number of residents using the App, staff will continue to submit a monthly accountability report sharing important statistics.
