RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council receive an Oral Report of a Summary of Compensation and approve an Amended and Restated Employment Agreement, setting compensation and other terms of employment, for City Manager Chris Mann.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
On January 30, 2023, the City Council voted 5-0 to approve the Employment Agreement for Chris Mann as City Manager, effective March 1, 2023.
At its regular meeting held on February 10, 2025, the City Council conducted the annual public employee performance evaluation of the City Manager. Terms and conditions of an Amended and Restated Employment Agreement will be negotiated during the February 24, 2025 Closed Session Meeting.
The final terms and conditions will be publicly available following the negotiation and a summary orally reported in open session.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact.
