Executive Summary: This report provides information supporting changes staff is recommending to the Fremont Municipal Code (FMC) conforming the City’s grant procedures for accepting donations to guidance provided by the United States Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
The ordinance was introduced by the City Council at its September 3, 2024 meeting. The ordinance is now before the Council for adoption.
