Call to Order: Vice Mayor Campbell called the meeting to order at 5:33 p.m.
Roll Call: Present: Vice Mayor Campbell, Councilmembers: Keng, Kimberlin, Shao, and Salwan. Councilmember Cox arrived at 5:36 p.m. Mayor Mei arrived at 5:43 p.m.
