FISCAL IMPACT
The projected construction value for this project is approximately $4,000,000. This includes costs for construction management, inspection, and material testing. There are no other associated project costs.
The Fiscal Year 2025-26 Capital Improvement Program budget includes funding for this Project in Fund 280 (Miscellaneous Grants).
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council: (1) approve the plans and specifications for La Puente City Park Activity Center; and (2) authorize Staff to solicit bids.
