Re: Construction Management Assistance - Civic Center Project Dear Ms. Petersen,
CSG Consultants, Inc. (CSG) is pleased to present this proposal to the City of Pacifica (City) to provide construction management assistance for the Civic Center Project (Project).
We understand the City is looking for an assistant project manager to take over field and contract administration duties. The project started around October 2022 and is expected to be completed later this year. We understand the Ideal candidate to fill this position is someone with extensive vertical construction experience.
Unfortunately, CSG lacks available personnel with that experience at this time. However, CSG offers an engineer with nine years of construction experience. Mr. Arash Kimia brings energy, a willingness to learn, adaptability, and enthusiasm to this project and to the City of Pacifica. It is our understating that he will transition with the departing construction manager to catch up with the progress and learn the project well. He will also be reporting to a project manager daily. Mr. Kimia will also be supported and mentored by CSG staff with extensive vertical experience to help navigate through project challenges.
Scope of Services
Mr. Kimia's duties will include, but not be limited to:
• Provide daily inspection;
• Provide documentation in reports and photos;
Issue weekly statements of working days;
