The Planning Commission recommended approval of the Rezoning, Development Plan, and Development Agreement, and approved Specific Plan SP-173-20, Subdivision SUB-248-20, and Heritage Tree Removal Authorization, by a vote of 6-0 on March 20, 2023, subject to City Council approval of the Rezoning, Development Plan and Development Agreement. Recommended California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) action: Adoption of a Resolution to certify a final environmental impact report (EIR), including Findings of Fact and a Statement of Overriding Considerations, due to significant and unavoidable environmental impacts that would result from approval and construction of the project.
