California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) action: The Final environmental impact report (EIR) was certified and Findings of Fact and a Statement of Overriding Considerations, due to significant and unavoidable environmental impacts that would result from the project, were adopted by the City Council on April 24, 2023.
