C.P. proposes to furnish labor, equipment & supervision necessary to perform exploratory excavation including cold-mix temp. asphalt pavement patches in 19 +/- locations on the east side of Riverside Avenue from Foothill Blvd. to Etiwanda Avenue in the City of Rialto.
C.P. proposes to perform this work for the unit price of $2,400.00/EA with a total cost bid = $45,600.00 This proposal is based on all work being performed during normal daytime working hours 7 AM - 5 PM and no nightshift work is included in this proposal.
This proposal includes traffic control per the WATCH Manual including flaggers for traffic control as may be needed. This proposal does not include furnishing any traffic control plan for this job.
All of the comments conditions and exclusions previously presented to Veolia apply to this proposal wothout change.

Please issue us a purchase order for relocating one fire hydrant and one blow-off in future handicap ramps.
C.P.'s prices bid above include abandoning the existing fire hydrant valve at the existing main and the existing blow-off valve at the existing main.
