Please accept this letter as written confirmation that the City has exercised Option Year One in accordance with Section 2 of the Goods Purchase Agreement between the City and Victor Instruments, Inc. dated March 3, 2022 ("Agreement"). The Term of the Agreement shall now expire on June 30, 2024. Please also accept this letter as written confirmation of the City's approval of your updated prices in accordance with Section 6 of the Agreement. The price list attached to this letter shall serve as a replacement for Exhibit B in accordance with Section 6 of the Agreement.

I have attached a new Exhibit B Fee Schedule that reflects the price increases we discussed several weeks ago.
I believe most if not all items (apart from the vaccines) are under the 3% price increase threshold. Merck vaccine pricing is set by Merck for animal services/shelter accounts so that pricing is not determined by Victor medical Company.
