2 ADOPT RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 3 SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN DIGNITY HEALTH CORPORATION 4 AND THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA, FOR POLICE SERVICES AT TWO LOCATIONS, AND AMEND THE ADOPTED FY17/18 BUDGET

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 7 OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement between the City of San Bernardino and Dignity Health Corporation for police services at St. 10 Bernardine's Hospital and San Bernardino Community Hospital, which is attached hereto, 11 12 marked Exhibit "A", and incorporated, herein by this reference. 13 SECTION 2. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to amend 14 | the Adopted FY2017/2018 increasing the estimated revenues and expenditures in an amount 15 not to exceed $200,000.00.
