1 This is a Prevailing Wage project.
2 Assumes existing HASP for O&M will be used to perform trenching and drilling. 3 Assumes up to 7 trenching locations of 2 FT wide by up to 20 FT long by up to 16 FT deep. 4 Assumes up to 16 boring locations.
5 Up to 5 days of drilling.
6 Up to 32 drums of soil/waste disposal included. $300/drum after that. 7 All soil/waste collected assumed to be non-hazardous per state criteria. 8 Assumes cold patch asphalt repair forstreet boring locations. Does not include additional asphalt repair that may be required by the City. 9 Assumes Geophysical Survey along North and East property boundaries and all boring locations. 10 Does not include any permit or plan check fees.
11 Costs above budget at Cost plus 15%.
12 Budget may change due to review by LEA, weather, or actual implementation date.
