I did a search of Los Angeles Superior Court records and the result came back no case number B336071.
Attached is the print out from the Los Angeles Sup Ct.
This matter should be continued until the correct case number is provided to the public.
In addition due to the severe City Budget problems it is a waste of time and city resources to file an Amicus brief
