City Council and City Manager -
I urge you to oppose these extensions. We are being forced to overdevelop in the name of a "housing crisis". It's nonsensical to then extend the timing of these projects to EIGHT YEARS, which obviously doesn't provide housing "urgently". All it does is make it easier for developers and investors to get their entitlements and sit on them, all to the detriment of residents and the benefit of the developers/investors who then get to trickle out units over almost a DECADE.
