PROHIBITING PARKING ON PORTIONS OF LERDO HIGHWAY
- 2 -
There is no additional fiscal impact associated with the proposed action. Costs associated with implementing the parking restrictions, including the installation of required signage and striping, are included in the previously approved Core City Bike Lane Project. Future maintenance will be performed by the Public Works Department using existing budgeted resources.
CEQA ANALYSIS
The action is not a “project” as defined by Section 15378(b)(2) because the action involves the adoption of parking restrictions on portions of Lerdo Highway in conjunction with the previously approved Core City Bike Lane Project and constitutes a continuing policy activity associated with implementation of the approved project.
