Considering the unique nature of the Permanent Local Housing Allocation program, it's essential for the City of Susanville to allocate resources wisely to guarantee its efficiency and success. By carefully managing these administrative costs, the city can ensure that the program runs smoothly and achieves its intended goals in providing permanent housing solutions for the community.
