Any violation or breach of terms of this contract on the part of the contractor or its subcontractors may result in the suspension or termination of this contract or such other action that may be necessaryto enforce the ri8hts of the parties of this agreement.

Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders, and regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. I 74O-767lql and the FederalWater Pollution Control Act as anrended {33 U.S.C. I 1257-11871. The Contractor agrees to report any violation to the Owner immediately upon discovery. The Owner assumes responsibility tor notifying the Environnrental Protection Agency (EPA) and the l-ederal nviation Administration.
Contractor must include this requirement in all subcontracts that exceeds S15o,Oo0.
