The RVA team approach to providing the service deliverables potentially assigned is a simple one: work closely together with the City in a collaborative, communicative, and multiple disciplinary integrated manner to produce high quality deliverables. Specifically, as each Task Order that is identified, RVA will select the best team members with the right skill set to accomplish the Tasks efficiently and effectively for the City. Next, RVA will develop a Project Management Plan outlining the services, schedule and costs for each discipline. A project schedule will be prepared in MS Project. RVA will address options for each issue area up -front with the City to minimize risks and costs. RVA, with the City, will engage the resource and regulatory agencies and other stakeholders early in the process to educate them on the problems, solicit input and scoping, and develop an ongoing dialogue.
