New stores, sales tax revenue, and visible growth fueling community pride. “Retail site selection is a long game. From initial market awareness to final store opening, the process often takes 18 to 36 months — and that’s with consistent engagement. Communities that commit to retail recruitment for just one year often fall off our radar before we’ve even had a chance to evaluate the opportunity.
The cities that win are the ones who show up year after year, with a clear message, accurate data, and a genuine commitment to long-term partnership.”

AGENDA
STAFF REPORT
MEETING DATE: 10/6/2026 AGENDA SECTION: STUDY SESSION AND
ACTION ITEMS
SUBJECT:
Adoption of Resolution 26-68-R to form the Blue Ribbon Recreation Advisory Committee, composed of community members representing a broad cross-section of Hanford, to evaluate potential recreation projects and funding options.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommendation: Adopt Resolution 26-68-R, establishing the Blue Ribbon Recreation Advisory Committee, composed of community members to evaluate potential recreation projects and funding options:
Recommended Motion: Adopt Resolution 26-68-R, establishing the Blue Ribbon Recreation Advisory Committee, composed of community members to evaluate potential recreation projects and funding options.
BACKGROUND:
On April 21, 2026, the City Council conducted a study session to discuss the need for large-scale recreation capital projects and potential funding strategies to address the community’s long-term parks and recreation needs. During the meeting, Council prioritized two potential projects: expanding Hidden Valley Park and a multi-generational community center. In addition, the Trust for Public Land (TPL) advised the Council to move forward with polling and agreed to retain FM3 Research to conduct the polling.
On June 16, 2026, the Council received the polling results presentation from FM3 Research and TPL. Based on the polling results, Council deferred the potential ballot measure to November 2028 and directed staff to return with a recommendation to move the item forward.
On September 1, 2026, the Council adopted Resolution No. 26-63-R, formally initiating a long-range strategic planning process and authorizing staff to return with a recommendation to form a “Blue Ribbon Recreation Advisory Committee” to evaluate potential recreation projects and funding options.
The goal of the Blue Ribbon Recreation Advisory Committee is to review the needs of the community and the City’s financial ability to meet those needs and to make a recommendation to the City Council if they ultimately support a revenue measure for the November 2028 ballot. If the committee
and City Council support it, they will be tasked with keeping any proposed revenue measure on track to be considered by voters, which will require ballot language to be submitted to the County by the end of July 2028.
Proposed Blue Ribbon Recreation Advisory Committee Selection Process
1. Staff develops an application
2. The application is posted on November 2nd on the City’s website, on social media, and made available at the City Clerk’s office or by email.
3. Applications are due to the City Clerk’s office on November 27th.
4. Applications assembled, reviewed, and brought to the City Council for consideration at a future meeting
5. Council will then direct staff on their preference for Blue Ribbon Recreation Committee member selections and steps moving forward.
Staff recommends that the committee be selected as follows:
• Each Council Member could select 1 applicant from their respective district, for a total of five (5) committee members; and
• Each Council Member could then select two applicants at-large, totaling ten (10) committee members.
• 15 members total
This composition is similar to what was used for the Proposed Revenue Measure Committee, the predecessor advisory committee for Measure H.
Alternatively, Council could choose to appoint any number of members through whatever process the majority of Council deems appropriate. Final determination of the committee members will be based on the number of applicants received and is projected to be formed by the newly composed City Council in January 2027.
In addition to committee conduct and rules information, the group will receive additional background information quarterly beginning in January 2027. At the first meeting, the committee will also appoint a chair and vice-chair during that meeting. The committee meetings will be conducted in accordance with the Brown Act, open to the public and public comment, with agendas posted at least 72 hours in advance. The committee will follow Rosenburg’s Rules of Order. The committee would cease to exist once a final recommendation of recreation priorities and funding options is made to City Council, which is projected to be by early 2028.

Award of a bid to Nick Champi Enterprises (Hanford, CA) in the amount of $129,890 to construct a chain-link fence at the Hanford High School softball fields on 10th Avenue to be funded by Measure H Capital Fund (0011), to be reimbursed 50% ($64,945) from Hanford Joint Union High School District per the existing agreement.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommendation:That the City Council, by motion, award bid to Nick Champi Enterprises (Hanford, CA) in the amount of $129,890 to construct a chain-link fence at the Hanford High School softball fields on 10th Avenue to be funded by Measure H Capital Fund (0011), to be reimbursed 50% ($64,945) from Hanford Joint Union High School District per the existing agreement.
Recommended Motion: I move to award bid to Nick Champi Enterprises (Hanford, CA) in the amount of $129,890 to construct a chain-link fence at the Hanford High School softball fields on 10th Avenue to be funded by Measure H Capital Fund (0011), to be reimbursed 50% ($64,945) from Hanford Joint Union High School District per the existing agreement.
BACKGROUND:
Historically, the City of Hanford has partnered with the Hanford Joint Union High School District (HJUHSD) for joint use of the Hanford Softball Complex (Complex), located on the Sierra Pacific High School campus. The City utilizes the Complex to host softball tournaments, youth and adult softball leagues, and the Freedom Fest and Fireworks Show. HJUHS utilizes the Complex for the Sierra Pacific varsity and junior varsity softball teams.
Last Fall, HJUHSD approached the City to request that Field 5 (Sierra Pacific Varsity Softball Field) be dedicated solely to their year-round use. The loss of Field 5 severely hampers the City's ability to host large softball tournaments. In exchange, HJUHSD offered the City two fields located at Hanford High School, off 10th Avenue. This site can also accommodate a future third softball field. While not optimal for tournament play, the additional fields will provide the City with additional softball fields to meet the growing demand for field permits.
In May 2026, the Utilities and Engineering Department developed the attached Engineer's cost estimate for a three-phase project based on the existing field layout, available space, limited parking, and sun orientation. During the mid-cycle budget review, staff requested an additional $1.6 million for phases one and two; however, this request was not approved.
Within the approved 26/27 Annual Budget, the Recreation and Community Services Department was allocated 25% of the Measure H Park maintenance and improvement funding to offset the expenses of maintaining the City's expanding sports fields, which include a combined 17 acres at the Hanford Softball Complex, Harris Field Ballpark, and the new 10th Avenue sports fields.
The City issued a competitive Request For Bids (RFB), and nine fencing contractors submitted bids.
To obtain more favorable pricing for Add Alternate No. 1 (additional curb width), the bid documents stated that the lowest responsive bidder would be determined based on the combined total of the Base Bid and Add Alternate No. 1. Therefore, the City awarded the combined bid amount of the base bid and Add Alternate No. 1 to Nick Champi Enterprises from Hanford as the lowest responsive bidder, with a total bid of $129,890.
The proposed fencing project will divide the property into two sections, with HJUHS managing and maintaining the two northern fields and the City managing the two existing and future third field in the southern section. Once fully developed, this facility will provide the City with three softball fields, bringing the total to seven softball fields and the capacity to host large-scale softball tournaments that stimulate sports tourism and economic benefits for local businesses and the City.
As mentioned above, this project is divided into three phases:
Phase One
Development of Field #2
Dividing chain link fencing
Concrete flat-work (walking path to SW field, bleachers, outfield fencing, infield mix Phase Two
Development and construction of the new Field #3
New backstop, dugouts, outfield fencing, infield mix, and bleachers, Phase Three
MUSCO Lighting of the entire complex (all five fields). Cost shared with HJUHSD Paved parking lot expansion
Additional irrigation
The Engineer's Cost Estimate for the total project (all three phases) is $6,052,273.
To memorialize the development of the 10th Ave sports fields, the City and HJUHSD entered into the Agreed Modification to the Agreement for the 10.1 Acres of Open Sport Fields (Attached). The modifications include the agreed-upon property improvements and define shared use of the concession/restroom building, ongoing maintenance, shared utilities, irrigation controllers, and major repairs.
Summary
The proposed fencing project is the first step in developing expanded sports fields within the City of Hanford. As the population grows, demand for sports fields will increase. Without the Measure H funding, this project would not be possible.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This project is funded through the Measure H Park Improvement Fund in the amount of $129,890.
Hanford Joint Union High School District will reimburse the City $64,945 (50%), resulting in a City expense of $64,945 (50%).

Authorization for the City Manager to enter into a three (3) year contract with Routeware Inc for a route management and authorization software platform for the Solid Waste (Refuse) Division for a total amount of $428,717.78 from the Refuse Capital Fund (0307) RECOMMENDATION:
Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council, by motion, authorize the City Manager to enter into a three (3) year contract with Routeware Inc for a route management and authorization software platform for the Solid Waste Division for a total amount of $428,717.78 from the Refuse Capital Fund (0307) Recommended Motion: I move to authorize the City Manager to enter into a three (3) year contract with Routeware Inc for a route management and authorization software platform for the Solid Waste Division for a total amount of $428,717.78 from the Refuse Capital Fund (0307)
BACKGROUND:
The Public Works Department’s Solid Waste Division provides residential, commercial, recycling, and organics services throughout the incorporated area of the City. At the April 1, 2025, City Council meeting staff gave a presentation on the current challenges within the Solid Waste Division and received authorization to complete a Request for Proposals for a consultant to perform a future rate study. Staff returned to Council on July 1, 2025, to award the rate study to R3 Consultants. Included in the rate study were provisions to explore methods to make the division more efficient and ensure compliance with State of California and California Air Resources Board regulations. One of the recommendations was implementation and funding estimation for a route management system.
At the April 7, 2026, City Council Meeting, a Proposition 218 Public Hearing was conducted on the proposed rate increase for the City of Hanford Refuse Division. Following the closure of the public hearing, council adopted resolution 26-20-R approving a rate increase for solid waste services. Included in this rate increase was funding for the implementation of a route management software platform.
RFP 2026-31 was advertised on July 1, 2026, for proposals from vendors for a route management and optimization software platform. A proposer teleconference was conducted on July 16, 2026, where staff answered questions and provided information to potential vendors. Proposals for the RFP were due on July 30, 2026. The City received a total of five proposals for RFP 2026-31. A selection committee was formed and met on August 5, 2026, to review the proposals and select the proposal they determined best met the requirements of the RFP and gave the most benefit to the community. The selection committee comprised of three City staff members Reuben Vallejo, Nick Mechem, and Tyler Martinez. These members were selected for the review committee to gain several different perspectives on the submitted proposals, from both maintenance and operations standpoints.
The selection committee reviewed the five proposals and scored each of the proposals based on the criteria that were established in RFP 2026-31. The committee also reviewed each vendor’s past projects, team resumes, and
experience with other municipal solid waste operations. During their review, the committee determined that the proposal submitted by Routeware Inc. was the top proposal. Staff then submitted the results to the Purchasing Division, and the sealed cost proposals were released to the Public Works Department for review. Staff then began negotiations with Routeware Inc. on pricing and contract details. Staff were able to negotiate a reduced cost for implementation, a three-year term with no annual inflation cost, and edited contract verbiage that is agreeable to both parties.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funding for the Route Management and Optimization Software was identified in the recently completed rate study and approved through the Prop. 218 process. Fiscal Year 2027 has an adopted budget of $180,500 for the implementation and subscription in the Refuse Capital Fund (0307) 20370000-827004 line for year 1. The additional appropriation needed for years 2 and 3 will be requested during the preparation of the upcoming budget cycle for Fiscal Years 2028 and 2029.

Routeware Year 1 Subscription $130,340.76
Year 2 Subscription $130,340.76

STATEMENT OF WORK
Purpose
This statement of work (“SOW”) and any addenda attached hereto, sets forth the deliverables associated with the Routeware implementation of licensed software/subscription services (hereafter “Product” or “Services”) as determined by the applicable Master Sales and License Agreement and Professional Services Agreement, hereafter “Agreement”, executed by City of Hanford - CA (“Licensee” or “Customer” or “Subscriber”) and Routeware (“Licensor” or “Provider”).
This SOW and attached Addenda set forth the scope and objectives, project stages, project governance and objectives, gate checks and lifecycle stages, and change management, applicable to the implementation of the Product or Services as further identified within the Routeware line of business below:
• SmartCity
Routeware’s Gate Checks
Routeware will develop a project plan to manage the implementation lifecycle and to report on progress. Any requests for deviations to the project plan will be documented, reviewed, and approved by the respective project managers for the Customer and Routeware. In addition, a summary of requested changes will also be reviewed during the scheduled gate check reviews. Changes must be mutually approved by both parties.
As part of its standard and proven project execution, Routeware will structure the project into several phases designed to ensure success. Routeware will work collaboratively with the Customer to develop a plan that details requirements, assigns responsibilities, and sets due dates – to best achieve the goal of meeting the designated go-live date with a minimum of business disruption. From the onset of the project, Routeware will assign a core implementation team.
Routeware will execute gate check reviews at the completion of the Discover, Design, and Deploy stages of the project lifecycle. The gate check reviews provide the following:
Stage 1 - Discover
The Discover stage includes the comprehensive planning and resource scheduling for the duration of the project, including a review of the approach and governance, the cadence for status reporting, and clarification of roles and responsibilities for Routeware and Customer project team members. It also includes the requirements confirmation interview, documentation, and approval, along with the initial solution configuration based on Routeware’s best practices for a specific Customer’s needs, and the import of Customer data.
Stage 2 - Design
The “future state” is documented, reviewed, and approved by the Customer, including a validation of the data imported, upon which time the environment is provisioned, the solution installed, and the Customer provided access to the solution.
There will be progressive “targeted” training and begin the solution familiarization process for key users, along with the creation of a validation plan to be used during the Deploy stage. The Routeware team performs an internal verification that the solution, as configured, is operating properly, and aligns with the approved requirements and future state configuration, reaching the milestone referred to as being “solution complete”.
Stage 3 - Deploy
Q-19175
"
#
The Deploy stage includes scenario-based training, followed by the Customer’s end-to-end validation of the solution across business scenarios/use cases identified and configured during the Discover and Design stages. Scenario-based training - typically conducted with Customer-identified “super users” - follows a tell, show, do model, where the individual delivering the training outlines the scenario, then demonstrates the scenario, and finally the super users complete an endto-end example themselves using the “happy path”, a clean, well-executed process without exceptions. Upon completion of the validation plan, the milestone of “solution acceptance” is confirmed by the Customer. At go-live there is final training and practice for end users and drivers, with a focus on what a user needs to do in the system to complete the duties of a particular role, including handling of typical “operational exceptions” encountered on a day-to-day basis. The final system cutover is performed and Routeware aids the Customer during the go live event and stabilization period, helping to triage, manage and resolve issues that may arise, followed by a transition to support, and project closeout.

Upon Routeware’s receipt of a change order request from the Customer, Routeware will promptly notify the Customer if Routeware believes that the change order request requires an adjustment to the fees or to the schedule for the performance of the applicable Services. In such an event, the parties will negotiate in good faith a reasonable and equitable adjustment to the fees and/or schedule, as applicable. During such negotiations, Routeware may continue to perform Services pursuant to the existing SOW and will have no obligation to perform Services pursuant to the change order request unless and until the parties have executed an applicable change order. c. The policies are to contain, or be endorsed to contain, the following provisions:

ii. For any claims related to this contract, Contractor’s insurance coverage shall be primary coverage at least as broad as ISO CG 20 01 04 13 with respect to City and its officers, officials, employees, and volunteers. Contractor shall furnish the City with original certificates and amendatory endorsements or copies of the applicable policy language effecting coverage required by this clause. All certificates and endorsements are to be received and approved by the City before work commences. However, failure to obtain the required documents prior to the work beginning shall not waive the Contractor’s obligation to provide them. City reserves the right to require complete, certified copies of all required insurance policies, including endorsements required by these specifications, at any time. d. Contractor hereby grants to City and its officers, officials, employees, and volunteers a waiver of any right to subrogation which any insurer of Contractor may acquire against the City and/or its officers, officials, employees, and volunteers by virtue of the payment of any loss under such insurance. Recommended Motion: I move to authorize the City Manager to award a contract to Strategic Mechanical Inc, of Fresno, CA, in the amount of $82,400, for the Courthouse MSB Replacement and Transfer Project, and appropriate an additional $13,142, to include a 15% construction contingency, from the Accumulated Capital Outlay Fund (0004).
BACKGROUND:
The Old Kings County Courthouse is a downtown landmark located in Civic Park. The building was constructed in 1896-1897 after Kings County split from Tulare County and served as the county courthouse until 1977. The building was saved from demolition by the City of Hanford in the late 70’s and placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978. The building has been maintained by the City over the last several decades, primarily as rentable commercial space and was recently sold to Esteemed Land Company in 2024.
With the sale of the Old Kings County Courthouse the City began the process of separating utilities, landscape, and other common areas. One of the major separation projects is the electrical service that serves both the Courthouse and Old Kings County Jail (The Bastille), which were built during the same period. To complete the project a new Southern California Edison (SCE) service meter is required for The Bastille. The separation project will involve trenching from the existing switch gear near the carousel, north to the stamped concrete area, and east to The Bastille through a previously installed PVC sleeve under the stamped concrete. The new electrical service will also supply electricity for the Winter Wonderland power panel in Civic Park.
During the project planning, it was discovered that the main switch gear would need to be replaced after sustaining damage from a fallen palm tree in the park. Staff requested additional funding for the purchase of the switch gear during the FY26 Mid-Year Review, and an additional $50,000 was appropriate for the project. The switch gear was ordered in June 2026, and delivery is expected in early October 2026. Staff then began the Request for Quotes (RFQ) process for the Courthouse MSB Replacement and Transfer Project.
On August 19, 2026, the City solicited bids by advertising in the Hanford Sentinel with the RFQ posted online on Bid-Net. The City also posted RFQ notices on the City Website, inviting contractors to participate in this bid process.
On Wednesday, September 2, 2026, a mandatory pre-bid meeting was held at 164 W. 8th Street (Courthouse Grounds). During the pre-bid meeting, staff reviewed the bid specifications, reviewed the requirements imposed by the State of California Department of Industrial Relations, and answered questions.
Staff received several questions submitted via Bidnet from contractors. Staff carefully reviewed and answered these questions in a separate addendum on Wednesday, September 9, 2026.
On Wednesday, September 16, 2026, the City received bids from four (4) contractors in the Bid Summary below.
Strategic Mechanical Inc, of Fresno, CA was the qualified low bidder for RFQ 2026-27 Courthouse MSB Replacement and Transfer Project.
• Strategic Mechanical Inc, of Fresno, CA $82,400
• Valley Powerhouse Electric Inc, of Madera, CA $105,000 • Wild Electric Inc, of Fresno, CA $112,000
• Tim R. Trull Electric Inc, of Fresno, CA $161,900
This is considered a Public Works contract and therefore, is subject to State of California prevailing wages, registration with the Department of Industrial Relations and submission on certified payroll to the Labor Commissioner as well as other requirements outlined in the City’s Labor Compliance Manual which was a part of the specifications.
FISCAL IMPACT:
An additional appropriation from the Accumulated Capital Outlay Fund (0004) of $13,142 is necessary to fully fund the project costs for the replacement of the main switchboard and transfer of the electrical service. Currently, there is $73,444 available in budget line 20100000-826628, and an additional $8,174 available from the Mid-Year budget appropriation in budget line 0001-826006. The appropriation will balance the budget shortfall and include a 15% construction contingency (see table below),
.
Strategic Mechanical Inc. Bid $82,400
Engineering 2010000-826628 $73,444
Mid-Year Appropriation 0001-826006 $8,174
Budget Shortfall $782
ACO Fund (0004) Appropriation $13,142

Solicitation RFQ 2026-27 - Courthouse MSB Replacement and Transfer Project Buying Organization City of Hanford
No Question/Answer Question Date
Q1 Question: Multiple Scope Questions
Regarding the MSB Courthouse Scope of Work:
1. How long can the power shutdown be for the businesses in the Courthouse?
2. How many and what size are the existing circuit breakers in the MSB?
3. What size and AIC rating should the new overcurrent device be for the Bastille?
4. Please explain the last scope of work item for the MSB Courthouse which states, “Verify all connection and the separation of the Courthouse service from the Bastille and Ice Rink Service”. a. How is the Courthouse service to be separated from the Bastille? b. How is the Courthouse service to be separated from the Ice Rink Service? c. Where is the Ice Rink Service?
d. It would be helpful to have a proper “One Line” diagram and site drawing issued for this work.
5. Is the contractor responsible to off haul and dispose of the old MSB, or will the city of Hanford be responsible?
Regarding the MSB Bastille Scope of Work:
1. What new switchgear is being furnished for the Bastille? Where is it located? What size will it be? The bid documents only show replacing the existing service at the Courthouse.
2. What size is the transformer?
3. What size is the transformer pad?
4. What size will the feeder wire be for the transformer?
5. Do you want a primary disconnect on the transformer?
6. What size is the new panel at the Bastille? How many and what size circuit breakers should it have?
7. What size feeder to the Bastille?
8. It will be very difficult to bury the feeder from the panel to the Bastille underground as shown on the sketch because of the small clearance. Can this be run surface on the wall?
9. Regarding: “Disconnect old service inside Courthouse electrical room…”, where is this shown on the drawings? Please indicate the location and where it is fed from.
10. Please show the approximate locations of the ends of the existing underground 4” conduit that we are to connect to.
Answer: Most of your questions will be answered after review of the engineers plan that was included in Addendum 1. Notes 4 and 5 mention existing 4" conduit; this is not pointed out on the drawing, just in the notes. Specific questions are answered below. Please follow up with any additional questions after reviewing the plan.
1. How long can the power shutdown be for the businesses in the Courthouse? The only operating business in the hair salon and they are closed on Mondays. So every Monday all day. Other than that we need to give at least a 2 week notice if we need daytime power off other days. Saturdays after 11 am they are closed. Daily without notice 8pm to 8am.
5. Is the contractor responsible to off haul and dispose of the old MSB, or will the city of Hanford be responsible? The City staff can haul off
8. It will be very difficult to bury the feeder from the panel to the Bastille underground as shown on the sketch because of the small clearance. Can this be run surface on the wall? No 08/27/2026
ADDENDUM NO. 03
Issued: Wednesday, September 9, 2026
Project: MSB Replacement Project: Courthouse/Bastille
RFP No.: 2026-27
Addendum No. 03 is being issued to provide clarifications and additional information including photos, spec sheets, and sign in sheet as discussed at the Pre-Bid Job Walk held on September 2, 2026. This addendum becomes part of the Contract Documents for the project mentioned above and must be signed and submitted with the Proposal.
QUESTIONS AND RESPONSES
1. The City will arrange for and provide the permit for this project:
The contractor will be responsible for meeting all codes and pass final inspection before final payment is released.
2. Space between the Bastille and the brick outbuilding:
The existing water heater and refrigeration equipment will be removed by City staff. City staff will also expose footings between the two structures to confirm no obstructions for trenching. Please see item #10.
3. The Christy box behind the brick outer structure:
This contains the connection for the main power supply to the Bastille from the Courthouse. The new MSB is to connect here and the old supply line from the Courthouse is to be disconnected and abandoned. There is to be no entry necessary into the Bastille itself.
4. The conduit under the stamped concrete patio:
This is an existing empty 4” sch 40 conduit that was placed for this purpose before the patio was poured.
The two ends will need to be located then connected to the new conduits from the new Bastille MSB and the Courthouse MSB. The engineers plan reduces the conduit size to 1 ½”, however the City prefers to keep the 4” conduit continuous through the complete run then will be reduced to enter the new cans at the Bastille location. The transition shall be above ground.
5. Empty enclosure at South End of MSB
The engineer’s plan does not show it, but we have ordered a replacement enclosure to replace the existing rusted-out one. A picture of this is included in the bid package. This enclosure contains a single Intermatic mechanical timer that controls lights and an abandoned contactor for an old water well which can be removed.
The light timer is to be reinstalled.
City of Hanford, CA Purchasing Department
900 South 10th Ave, Hanford, CA 93230
6. Sidewalks
The contractor will be required to replace any sidewalks removed or damaged due to the installation of conduits or trenching work.
7. The City will arrange for curbside delivery of electrical equipment from Medallion Supply in Hanford.
8. The City will haul off the old switchgear equipment.
9. Entrance into the new Courthouse MSB enclosure:
Please note a metal duct is specified on the plan to connect the new additional 4” conduit to the enclosure.
This allows the connection without destruction of the existing concrete pad.
10. It was discovered today that there is a slab of concrete that is between the Bastille and the outer brick structure that measures 5” thick. Rather than deal with this pad I am going to allow a conduit or surface raceway run on the wall of the Bastille. The LB can be turned 90 deg. There are some obstructions to route around on the wall, but I think that will be the most efficient solution.
11. Photos of the interior of the existing MSB enclosure, the open trench of the original installation, the LB power supply to the Bastille and duct corridor, and the cut sheets for the new MSB’s will be included in this addendum.
12. Additional cut sheets for the Bastille equipment will be forthcoming.
