RESOLUTION NO. 25-142
APPROVING THE 2025-2029 CONSOLIDATED PLAN, APPROVING THE 2025 ANNUAL
ACTION PLAN, APPROVING THE PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE ANALYSIS OF
IMPEDIMENTS TO FAIR HOUSING CHOICE AND CITIZEN PARTICIPATION PLAN,
AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS
AND CERTIFICATIONS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE
WHEREAS, the City of Roseville anticipates an allocation of $700,000 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for the 2025 Program Year; and WHEREAS, the Council conducted a public hearing on May 21, 2025 to receive public comments regarding the proposed amendments to the City’s 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan, the 2025 Annual Action Plan and the proposed amendments to the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice and Citizen Participation Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed and hereby agrees to comply with all Certifications executed in connection with said Consolidated Plan, Annual Plan and Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice and Citizen Participation Plan; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville that the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan, the 2025 Annual Action Plan, and the proposed amendments to the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice and Citizen Participation Plan are hereby approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City of Roseville, the City’s 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan, the 2024 Annual Action Plan, the proposed amendments to the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice and Citizen Participation Plan, as well as all necessary documents and certifications for submittal to the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development.
